Supporting people to get online is easier when you have the right tools.
This page brings together practical resources for organisations, community groups and volunteers who help others build digital confidence.
You’ll find links to trusted national guidance, including the Good Things Foundation, as well as information about Wavemaker if your organisation wants support in delivering digital help.
Over time, this area will grow to include step‑by‑step guides for running digital drop‑ins, downloadable posters, outreach and template materials, best‑practice advice and complete toolkits to help you deliver high‑quality, consistent support in your community.
Good Things Foundation

It reaches deep into communities to help people gain the support and skills they need to change their lives and overcome social challenges. Raising the profile of digital exclusion as an issue of national importance.
You can join the National Digital Inclusion Network to get everything you need to deliver free digital inclusion services to your community.
Wavemaker
We’ve commissioned digital skills organisation Wavemaker Education to provide local organisations with access to DigitAll, an online learning platform that supports residents to build the skills and confidence needed to use the digital connectivity available across the region.
The Wavemaker platform, which will provide staff and volunteers the opportunity to become DigitAll Champions and give access to support and resources to help them deliver digital inclusion skills and confidence to those who attend a Digital Hub.
