New Head of Digital Connectivity appointed for Connecting Cambridgeshire

We are delighted to announce that Sarah Marsh has been appointed as the new Head of Digital Connectivity for Connecting Cambridgeshire.

Having been part of the programme since its inception in 2012, Sarah has played a key role in driving forward digital infrastructure improvements across the region.

With over 20 years of experience in digital transformation at Cambridgeshire County Council, Sarah has led major initiatives in broadband, mobile connectivity, and digital inclusion for the Connecting Cambridgeshire programme.

Before joining the programme, she was instrumental in delivering IT transformation programmes, including one of the first countywide public services network. Her passion for using technology to improve public services, combined with her collaborative approach, has helped shape Cambridgeshire’s digital landscape.

As Head of Digital Connectivity, Sarah will lead the next phase of Connecting Cambridgeshire’s work, ensuring that residents, businesses, and communities benefit from world-class digital connectivity. Her expertise and leadership will continue to drive innovation, making Cambridgeshire a leading region for digital excellence.
